Jonah went to Pre-K last year, but he is so excited to be going to Kindergarten. He has been wearing his bookbag for several days. It didn't help that his Papa woke him up yesterday and told them that they were going to school. (I didn't learn this until yesterday evening) When I got up, they were asking me if they were going to school. When asked, their Papa said he didn't have the heart to tell them he was kidding! He is so crazy! Anyways, Jonah's happy that he and Ethan will be going to the same school this year.

I'M GOING TO SCHOOL!!

Back To School...Yay!
We continued our tradition of giving the boys their father's blessing before school to arm them with what they need. Rocco always walks them into school on their first day and I pick them up. Jonah will be going to Kindergarten (he has Ethan's K teacher). Ethan will be in Second grade. They've been so ready to go back...me too! Although, I don't know what Giana will do because she's had so much fun playing with them. She'll spend hours hanging out in their room with them.

Caught with his pants down!
Today we started out early to pay our vehicle taxes. There's a park right across the road from the Court house. So, I decided to reward the kids and take them there. As soon as I made it down to the playground with Giana, I noticed Amber doing the last minute pee dance(you mom's know what I'm talking about). So, we scrambled to find a bathroom. At which point Jonah decided he need to go #2(to put it nicely). So we waited for about 5 minutes, when I told him to cut it off, we need to get back to playing. He came out screaming something about going to a $ store. And continued on about how he wasn't done. This is a constant battle in our home. Does anyone else have that problem?
Anyways, I had just put Giana in the swing when I turned around and caught Jonah with his pants down and backed up to a tree(in the middle of the playground!). I quickly persuaded him to pull them back up. The whole time there was weeping, wailing, and nashing of teeth! I gave up and hauled the kids back to the van. Needless to say they never got to play. We decided to go back home and let him finish his "business", and then start the day over. Sometimes I wonder why I try!!

Beach pics, or lack thereof
I don't know how we always manage to end up with hardley any pictures, but thank goodness for Robert who did take some good ones!

However, we didn't do as much it seemed. We of course had a room situation. We ultimately shared a room with Tiff and Robert, which was fine.
We watched the Olympics opening ceremony together.
Of course we did the beach and pool thing.
The adults got to go eat together at some cafeteria (j/k).
We took family pictures which is always FUN! I think they turned out well though, from what I've seen...
We look forward to next year, where it will still be chaotic.

Olivia Lacy Del Priore

We finally got to go up to the hospital tonight to welcome a new niece! Let me tell you, this baby is going to be quite the fashionista! She has got dark brown hair and full on blonde highlights! It's hillarious. We checked out her little feet of course. She's also got long nailbeds, girls know what I'm talking about! Her parents look great thanks to some good pain meds. Everyone is due to come home tommorrow.

Mom got a new laptop!
I'm so excited! Thanks to the tax-free weekend and my kids distroying our computer, I was able to buy a new Dell laptop! It was such a good deal, which makes it even more exciting. I had to have it so I can keep up with our Blog!lol
Here are pics of the boys with Roc's work laptop and the new one...too funny!
Girls Camp
Well, camp was a lot of fun! I great bonding experience between me and my girls.
Most of the pics were from our 'Premier Night', where we watched the skits that we did.
The other dark one is from a funeral that Andie performed for a tiny frog (CJ) that was our pet for a few hours. He had an untimely death, but we won't name any names. They even played the song "Apologize"...it was hillarious.
I wish that I had gotten pics of our Raccoon encounter!
